If I didn't have to work, I'd gladly be a student for life...
Oh wait! I can do both! :D

Hi
I am Tanya, a Product Designer with a passion for crafting intuitive, user-centered experiences that make a meaningful impact. Having completed my bachelors in Mechanical engineering and Masters in Product Design, I found my true calling at the intersection of design and technology, where I specialize in creating interfaces that engage users and drive positive behavioral change.
My work spans across various projects, designing digital products and systems that are both functional and emotionally resonant. I’m deeply interested in the subtle nuances of user interaction and how thoughtful design can enhance everyday experiences, making them more seamless and enjoyable. Whether simplifying complex processes or designing for accessibility, I believe in design’s power to connect, inspire, and empower.
In addition to my work as an Interaction Designer, I am the founder of Out of Syllabus Foundation, where I merge my passion for mental health education and social impact with design. I also teach as a visiting faculty at design colleges across India. Outside of these roles, I enjoy constantly learning and exploring creative intersections that help me understand the interconnectedness of life, bringing fresh perspectives to my design work.
Design philosophy I try to practise
Design with Empathy - Design should be as human and relatable as possible
Design for Simplicity - Avoid all confusions and noise
Curate Delightful experience- create long lasting memories
Make the user feel powerful- Do not make the user feel dumb
